I WRITE

Who doesn't. I write because people fascinate me. Being a writer gives me a legitimate reason to be nosy--to find out all I can about people and what makes them tick. For more than 30 years now, I've been a freelance feature writer and have served a couple of stints as an editor, For Fort Collins and Greeley Style magazines. I currently write features for North Forty News in Northern Colorado.

I was fortunate enough to help the Rev. Bob Geller of Fort Collins write his life story: Red Ribbons, in 2008. The same year I put together a history of a group of college friends: Sugarbush to Savannah, A Life Journey by Committee. In 2009 my story: "Of Rags and Bags," came out in the anthology, Going Green: True Tales of Gleaners, Scavengers and Dumpster Divers, edited by Laura Pritchett, University of Oklahoma Press.
